Over the years we have quietly designed, made and sold upholstered furniture directly to the public, but we now feel ready to be less quiet about it. Having started as Upholstery Techniques, followed by an abbreviation to Uptec, we are now ready to launch our brand üp – we like to keep things simple.

Founder of üp sofas, Phil Timings, has taken inspiration from modern and evolving trends from around the world and it has always been his intention to produce high quality luxury furniture that is both comfortable and attractive. Using natural materials where possible all üp sofas are high-quality. Hard wood beech frames are handmade by our skilled craftspeople from our family run workshops in the Cotswolds.
