RG Bespoke is owned and run by Rob Grandison. With over a decade of experience working in residential interiors and furniture. Partnering up with a number of local cabinet makers and trusted trades, creating beautiful rooms and furniture for people across the UK.

This client came to us in search of a creative agency to complete a website refresh and recreate their brand identity. With an already existing website and logo, the client felt that he was confusing potential clients in what he offered. With a variety of offerings, he wanted to make it clear and concise through a refreshed identity and accompanying website.

RG Bespoke is a personal consultant service and this had to remain within the identity of the brand and tone of voice. Rob wanted to ensure his clients of a personal experience every step of the way and through every touchpoint made.

Luxury Logo Design

This logo redesign was not about reinventing the wheel. It was about sticking to what is at the heart of the business and the brand. Robs previous logo was still personal to him and his business but it didn’t have a luxury look or feel to it like his work does.

Typography led the way when refreshing this logo, looking at cleaner more elegant fonts that would attract the target customer. With a business like RG Bespoke, your identity and style are at the heart of everything you do. This newly designed logo is more flexible to marketing materials, stationery and web design, which will enhance the personal experience of the brand.

Luxury Travel Brand Development

After fully understanding the client brief and the personal aspect of the business we were able to create a proposal.  The client wanted the customer to feel confident and this had to be portrayed through branding, messaging and design.

A customer must trust your business and the services that you offer. The purpose of this website is to show the client the high-level quality of work from RG Bespoke. From this, they will then make contact with Rob to arrange a further conversation. It is this essential customer touchpoint that was missing from his previous website.

For a business like RG Bespoke, every element of the design and manufacture process is bespoke to the client, making every project different. The main goal in the brand development and web design for this client was to better to show off his skills through imagery taken of past and present projects. This will better allow customers to see a gallery of beautifully designed, bespoke kitchens and furniture.

Brand Guidelines

With a brand like RG Bespoke, he takes pride in his work and makes sure that everything is done to the highest quality. This means that his brand needs to portray this feeling and also feel aligned with his target customer.
